Au sein de cette organisation, l'équipe IT Benelux opère de manière autonome pour soutenir la croissance régionale tout en restant connectée à la vision globale du groupe.
Le Benelux est un terrain de jeu en pleine expansion via une stratégie de M&A très active, ciblant des sociétés de syndic, de gestion locative et de property management.
Ton rôle est stratégique et s’articule autour d’un double enjeu : l’optimisation continue et la sécurisation du périmètre existant, tout en pilotant l'intégration de nouveaux actifs dans un contexte de croissance externe (M&A) soutenue.
Responsable de la robustesse de notre écosystème, tu assures la montée en maturité des plateformes ERP et CRM actuelles. En parallèle, tu orchestres la récupération et la mise en conformité du parc applicatif des sociétés rachetées, garantissant leur fusion fluide dans un environnement technologique complexe et performant.
L'Équipe
Tu rejoins une équipe d’une dizaine de personnes au sein d'une structure privilégiant la liberté d’action et la prise d’initiative. En tant que Business Analyst / Project Manager, tu collabores avec des experts techniques et Data pour piloter la transformation du Groupe. Dans cet environnement agile, tu disposes d’une réelle autonomie pour structurer tes projets et garantir la cohérence de notre paysage applicatif local.
Les missions
1/ Business Analysis et Cadrage Opérationnel
Tu agis comme l'interface stratégique entre les métiers de l'immobilier et les équipes techniques pour transformer les besoins business en solutions technologiques.
Tu étudies les processus métiers pour identifier des opportunités d'amélioration et d'optimisation des systèmes.
Tu facilites des ateliers fonctionnels avec les parties prenantes pour recueillir, documenter et traduire leurs exigences en spécifications techniques claires.
Tu es garant(e) de la mise à jour des workflows, des modèles de données et de la documentation système.
Tu assures la priorisation du backlog des logiciels métiers tout en suivant la rigueur de leur implémentation.
2/ Gestion de Projets et Intégrations
Tu pilotes la transformation digitale du périmètre Benelux, de l'initiation des projets jusqu'à leur intégration au sein de notre écosystème.
Tu gères l'unification des systèmes dans un contexte de fusions-acquisitions (M&A) pour assurer une transition fluide.
Tu diriges les projets ICT en définissant le périmètre, le budget et le planning. Tu assures la coordination transverse d'équipes multidisciplinaires (Métiers, RH, Finance, etc.) et de prestataires.
Tu orchestres les interconnexions entre nos multiples ERP spécialisés et l’ensemble de notre écosystème applicatif (CRM, Finance, BI, plateformes de paiement).
Tu maintiens à jour le référentiel de LeanIX, notre outil de gestion des applications et de l’architecture IT, et supervises la migration ainsi que la gouvernance des données de référence (Master Data).
Tu garantis la fiabilité, la sécurité et la scalabilité des solutions tout en assurant un reporting régulier à la direction.
Profil
Expérience & hard skills :
Tu justifies d’une expérience de 3 ans minimum en tant que Business Analyst, Project Manager ou sur un rôle hybride similaire.
Tu possèdes une expérience confirmée sur les écosystèmes ERP/CRM, idéalement dans les secteurs de l'immobilier, de la construction ou de la gestion de propriété.
Tu maîtrises la modélisation de processus métier (BPMN, UML) et comprends les enjeux des intégrations logicielles et des architectures API.
Tu maîtrises les méthodologies de projet (Agile, Waterfall ou hybride) et les outils de suivi (Clickup).
La connaissance d’ERP immobiliers (Yardi, Whise, Optipro, Yourent,...), des outils de Data/BI (Power BI) ou une certification (PMP, Prince2, Scrum) est un plus.
Soft skills & Compétences :
Doté(e) d’un esprit structuré et rigoureux, tu sais traduire des besoins métiers complexes en spécifications techniques claires et précises.
Ton aisance relationnelle te permet de fédérer les parties prenantes et d’agir comme un(e) véritable traducteur(trice) entre le business et l'IT.
Proactif(ve) et pragmatique, tu as une forte capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à proposer des améliorations concrètes.
Tu es capable de piloter plusieurs projets en parallèle tout en restant focalisé(e) sur la qualité des livrables et le respect des objectifs.
Tu apprécies la liberté d’action et sais prendre des initiatives pour porter la transformation digitale au sein d’une structure agile.

Responsible for the robustness of our ecosystem, you will ensure the maturity of current ERP and CRM platforms. In parallel, you will orchestrate the recovery and compliance of the acquired companies' application portfolio, guaranteeing their smooth integration into a complex and high-performing technological environment.
The Team
You will join a team of about ten people within a structure that encourages freedom of action and initiative. As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will collaborate with technical and Data experts to drive the Group's transformation. In this agile environment, you will have real autonomy to structure your projects and ensure the consistency of our local application landscape.
The Missions
1/ Business Analysis and Operational Scoping
You will act as the strategic interface between real estate businesses and technical teams to transform business needs into technological solutions.
You will study business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and system optimization.
You will facilitate functional workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate their requirements into clear technical specifications.
You will be responsible for updating workflows, data models, and system documentation.
You will ensure the prioritization of the business software backlog while rigorously monitoring their implementation.
2/ Project Management and Integrations
You will lead the digital transformation of the Benelux scope, from project initiation to integration within our ecosystem.
You will manage the unification of systems in a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) context to ensure a smooth transition.
You will lead ICT projects by defining the scope, budget, and timeline. You will ensure cross-functional coordination of multidisciplinary teams (Business, HR, Finance, etc.) and service providers.
You will orchestrate the interconnections between our multiple specialized ERPs and our entire application ecosystem (CRM, Finance, BI, payment platforms).
You will maintain the LeanIX repository, our application and IT architecture management tool, and oversee the migration and governance of Master Data.
You will guarantee the reliability, security, and scalability of solutions while ensuring regular reporting to management.
Profile
Experience & Hard Skills:
You have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a similar hybrid role.
You have proven experience with ERP/CRM ecosystems, ideally in the real estate, construction, or property management sectors.
You are proficient in business process modeling (BPMN, UML) and understand the challenges of software integration and API architectures.
You are proficient in project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tracking tools (Clickup).
Knowledge of real estate ERPs (Yardi, Whise, Optipro, Yourent,...) , Data/BI tools (Power BI) or a certification (PMP, Prince2, Scrum) is a plus.
